Sensation singer Billie Eilish has dropped her new song “My Future.” The new song was produced by her brother Finneas O’Connell, who often co-writes and produces Eilish ‘s music.
“Billie Eilish-“My Future” Out now on @Spotify “Eilish posted on her official Twitter account on Thursday.
The dreamy song was accompanied by a video of the Australian artist Andrew Onorato, Rolling Stone reported.
“We wrote this at the very beginning of the quarantine period. It’s a song that’s very, very personal and special to me. When we wrote this song, it was exactly where my head was — hopeful, excited, and a crazy amount of self-reflection and self-growth, “said the 18-year-old singer.
“But it’s also taken on a lot of new meaning in the context of what’s going on in the world. I hope that you can all find meaning in it for yourselves, “she added.
The song is her first release since the upcoming official track of James Bond film “No Time to Die,” which was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Eilish had scripted history for her debut album When We All Fall Asleep Where Do We Go at the 2020 Grammy Awards in January this year, when she took home the four biggest prizes.
The singer won awards for the best new artist, year’s performance, year’s album and year’s single. She ‘d also won the best pop vocal album award, securing five of her six nominations.
