I reiterate that Student Safety & Quality Education is our priority,” tweeted Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank.

This year, the CBSE will not issue any merit list. Earlier, CISCE had also announced that it would not announce topper’s ISC and ICSE exam list. “It makes no sense to have a merit list, as the results are calculated on the basis of the assessment method for the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic,” the senior board officer said earlier.

Students can also check their results via IVRS telephone numbers and mobile apps, in addition to websites. The schools will also get their students’ results on the registered Email IDs.

Also, CBSE will deliver results via IVRS (interactive voice response system). The National Informatics Center (NIC) issued telephone numbers on the day of the outcome and students will use these numbers to know their marks. In 2019, NIC provided a separate phone number for local subscribers in Delhi, and another number for the rest of the country’s subscribers.

CBSE has also released Class 12th result on various other apps, including Microsoft SMS organiser app, DigiLocker, Umang app and Digiresults app.
