Juventus secured a ninth consecutive Series A title with two games to spare on Sunday when Cristiano Ronaldo scored to set them on the way to a Sampdoria 2-0 win.
The Turin side pushed seven clear of second-placed Inter Milan with two games left to play as they gave his first major Italian title to coach Maurizio Sarri, with 83 points.
Ronaldo broke the deadlock in the 7th minute with his 31st league goal of the season after Miralem Pjanic rolled a free kick to him after a frustrating opening for the hosts.
Ronaldo was also involved in the second goal when Emil Audero blocked his attempt, and in the 67th minute, Federico Bernardeschi picked up the rebound.
The Portuguese however missed an opportunity to add to his tally when he smashed a penalty in the 89th minute against the crossbar.
