Fugaku, Japan’s ARM-based supercomputer is now the fastest in the world

Fugaku, is a supercomputer developed by Fujitsu and Riken, now the fastest supercomputer in the world based on ARM processor. This is Japan’s first system to rank 1st in the 9-year Top500 of super computers, with America and China juggling mostly on top. There are 226 Chinese computers on the Top500 list, and 114 American computers. It is the first time an ARM machine has taken the top spot.
